Chuangxin Industries has established a green and sustainable alumina supply system. By optimising raw material usage, improving bauxite utilisation efficiency, and actively exploring waste residue recycling, we achieve circular resource utilisation.

Valuable Recovery and Resource Utilisation of Red Mud

Alkali extraction rate exceeding 90%. Alumina extraction rate exceeding 50%.
Processed red mud can be directly used for soil remediation, iron extraction, and construction material production.

We are committed to transforming our facilities into green, smart factories, with a strong focus on energy-saving and emission reduction technologies. By investing in carbon capture and utilisation, we minimise waste and emissions. Additionally, continuous optimisation of desulphurisation, denitrification, and dust removal systems ensures compliance with emission standards.
In alignment with low-emission and ultra-low-emission standards, we have developed clean and efficient environmental protection facilities, including a comprehensive water resource management system that enables zero wastewater discharge through recycling.

  • Wastewater Treatment System

    Desulphurisation Wastewater Treatment | Coal-Containing Wastewater Treatment
    Industrial Wastewater Treatment Process
    Achieving zero wastewater discharge and preventing any external effluent release.

    Through a coal-containing wastewater treatment system and industrial wastewater treatment plant, wastewater generated during production is treated and reused. Additionally, the desulphurisation wastewater treatment system neutralises, settles, and flocculates impurities for further recycling. Domestic wastewater undergoes on-site septic treatment before being processed in our domestic wastewater treatment station, with residual water directed into the reclaimed water system for reuse.

  • Solid Waste Management

    For hazardous solid waste, we have implemented scientific waste segregation and management protocols, ensuring regular disposal by qualified third-party specialists.

    For red mud, we are collaborating with universities and research institutes to explore valuable recovery and resource utilisation.

  • Reducing Fossil Fuel Consumption

    We are developing wind and solar power plants.

    These can reduce fossil fuel consumption and greenhouse gas emissions. Additionally, ongoing upgrades and modifications to production equipment are aimed at reducing coal consumption and enhancing energy efficiency.

Integrated Ecosystem

At Chuangxin Industries's production park, we have achieved highly efficient integration of multiple energy sources, creating a comprehensive wind-solar-electricity-alumina-aluminium system. Wind and solar energy complement each other, while power generation, aluminum production, and processing are seamlessly interconnected.
We are also actively developing a 1,540 MW wind power project and a 210 MW solar photovoltaic project, with the goal of achieving zero carbon emissions in power generation. By the end of 2026, we expect more than 50% of our energy consumption to come from renewable sources.
